1. Eligibility for Returns
- Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
- Products must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.
- Items that have been opened, used, damaged, or tampered with are not eligible for return due to health and safety reasons.
- Certain items such as clearance products, promotional items, or free samples cannot be returned.
2. Return Process
- To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team with your order number, product details, and reason for return.
- Once your request is approved, you will receive instructions on how to return the product.
- Customers are responsible for the shipping costs of returning the product, unless the return is due to a wrong or defective item received.
3. Refunds
- After the returned product is inspected and approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method.
- Refunds are typically processed within 7–10 business days after the returned product is received.
- Shipping charges, handling fees, and cash-on-delivery charges (if applicable) are non-refundable.
4. Damaged or Wrong Products
- If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, please contact us immediately within 48 hours of delivery.
- We will arrange for a replacement or issue a full refund at no additional cost to you.
- Supporting images/videos of the damaged or incorrect product may be required for verification.
5. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:
- Opened supplement containers.
- Products without original seals, packaging, or labels.
- Gift cards, vouchers, and promotional freebies.
6. Cancellation Policy
You have the right to:
- Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped.
- Once an order is dispatched, it cannot be cancelled, but you may still be eligible for a return (as per the conditions above).
